All domestic orders placed on shop.jimmypoindexter.com are shipped via USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

JIMMY POINDEXTER is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing.

  • Tracking: Once shipped, tracking will be available through USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

  • Shipping Locations: We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • Rates: Domestic shipping fees vary depending on location, number of items, shipping method, and item type.

  • Taxes: Applicable domestic taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery Dates: Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Online International

All international orders placed on shop.jimmypoindexter.com are shipped using via UPS, USPS, or DHL.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing.

  • Delivery Window: International delivery may take up to 8 weeks, depending on your location and local customs procedures.

  • Duties & Taxes: Calculated based on destination and order value. These will either be shown at checkout or required upon delivery, depending on the country.

Regional Details:

  • Canada: Duties included in product price. Taxes + shipping collected at checkout.

  • EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Japan: Duties & taxes included in product price. No additional charges upon delivery. Shipping costs collected at checkout.

  • South Korea: Duties & taxes collected at checkout or upon delivery.

  • Rest of World: Duties & taxes collected at checkout. Shipping costs also collected at checkout.

Important Notes:

  • International shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, email info@jimmypoindexter.com. You’ll receive a confirmation once your cancellation is approved.

  • Refund Processing: Approved cancellations are refunded to the original form of payment within 8–10 business days.

  • Timing: Cancellations must be made before an order reaches packing or shipment. Orders containing items marked Final Sale cannot be canceled.

  • Drops/Pre-Orders: During drop seasons and pre-order periods, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Edits: Once your order is placed and payment is processed, individual items cannot be edited or changed.

Return to Sender / Involuntary Returns

If your order is returned to sender, you’ll be notified at your checkout email. Once processed at our warehouse, you may choose between:

  • Store credit (excluding original shipping charges)

  • Re-shipment of your order

Refunds to the original payment method may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Incorrectly Shipped Orders

If you received the wrong item or your order was incorrectly shipped, contact info@jimmypoindexter.com immediately with your order number and photos of the items received.

  • Our team will assist with resolution and provide next steps.

  • Due to stock limitations, some orders may not be able to be reshipped. In such cases, a refund will be offered.

Maybe Tomorrow Limited Edition Vinyl & Cassette Preorder Shipping Information

Thank you for supporting this release!

These limited edition vinyl records and cassette tapes are preorder items. Production will begin after preorder quantities have been finalized and submitted to the manufacturer.

 

Availability

During the preorder period, these products are available to customers with shipping addresses within the United States only.

At this time, international shipping is not available for these preorder items.

 

Production Timeline

7" Vinyl

Estimated to begin shipping in November 2026.

Cassette

Estimated to begin shipping in September 2026.

Production timelines are estimates provided by the manufacturer and may be affected by material availability, production schedules, or other unforeseen delays.

 

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within the United States using USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Media Mail, UPS, UPS Mail Innovations, or another available carrier based on the destination and service selected at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been fulfilled and accepted by the shipping carrier.

Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to begin updating.

Combined Orders

If your order contains multiple preorder items, your order will ship once all items are available.

If you would like preorder items to arrive separately, please place separate orders.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production quantities are based on customer preorders, cancellations, modifications, or shipping address changes cannot be guaranteed once manufacturing has begun.

If you need assistance before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible.

Responsibility

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, JIMMY POINDEXTER is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and contacting the shipping carrier regarding delivery-related issues.

Taxes & Shipping Rates

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout.

  • 20 signed copies available while supplies last

Cassette

  • Limited to 50 copies
  • 10 signed copies available while supplies last

Once these editions are sold out, they are not expected to be repressed in their original transparent vinyl or cassette formats.
