JIMMY POINDEXTER is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

Delivery Window: International delivery may take up to 8 weeks, depending on your location and local customs procedures.

Duties & Taxes: Calculated based on destination and order value. These will either be shown at checkout or required upon delivery, depending on the country.

Canada: Duties included in product price. Taxes + shipping collected at checkout.

EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Japan: Duties & taxes included in product price. No additional charges upon delivery. Shipping costs collected at checkout.

Rest of World: Duties & taxes collected at checkout. Shipping costs also collected at checkout.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, email info@jimmypoindexter.com. You’ll receive a confirmation once your cancellation is approved.

Refund Processing: Approved cancellations are refunded to the original form of payment within 8–10 business days.

Timing: Cancellations must be made before an order reaches packing or shipment. Orders containing items marked Final Sale cannot be canceled.

Drops/Pre-Orders: During drop seasons and pre-order periods, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Edits: Once your order is placed and payment is processed, individual items cannot be edited or changed.
Return to Sender / Involuntary Returns
If your order is returned to sender, you’ll be notified at your checkout email. Once processed at our warehouse, you may choose between:

Store credit (excluding original shipping charges)

Re-shipment of your order
Refunds to the original payment method may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Incorrectly Shipped Orders
If you received the wrong item or your order was incorrectly shipped, contact info@jimmypoindexter.com immediately with your order number and photos of the items received.

Due to stock limitations, some orders may not be able to be reshipped. In such cases, a refund will be offered.
CRUEL WORLD Vinyl Pre-Order Shipping

All CRUEL WORLD Vinyl Pre-Order shipments will be sent via USPS, USPS Media Mail, UPS, or UPS Mail Innovations.
