  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing.

  • Delivery Window: International delivery may take up to 8 weeks, depending on your location and local customs procedures.

  • Duties & Taxes: Calculated based on destination and order value. These will either be shown at checkout or required upon delivery, depending on the country.

Regional Details:

  • Canada: Duties included in product price. Taxes + shipping collected at checkout.

  • EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Japan: Duties & taxes included in product price. No additional charges upon delivery. Shipping costs collected at checkout.

  • South Korea: Duties & taxes collected at checkout or upon delivery.

  • Rest of World: Duties & taxes collected at checkout. Shipping costs also collected at checkout.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, email info@jimmypoindexter.com. You’ll receive a confirmation once your cancellation is approved.

  • Refund Processing: Approved cancellations are refunded to the original form of payment within 8–10 business days.

  • Timing: Cancellations must be made before an order reaches packing or shipment. Orders containing items marked Final Sale cannot be canceled.

  • Drops/Pre-Orders: During drop seasons and pre-order periods, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Edits: Once your order is placed and payment is processed, individual items cannot be edited or changed.

Return to Sender / Involuntary Returns

If your order is returned to sender, you’ll be notified at your checkout email. Once processed at our warehouse, you may choose between:

  • Store credit (excluding original shipping charges)

  • Re-shipment of your order

Refunds to the original payment method may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Incorrectly Shipped Orders

  • Due to stock limitations, some orders may not be able to be reshipped. In such cases, a refund will be offered.

CRUEL WORLD Vinyl Pre-Order Shipping

All CRUEL WORLD Vinyl Pre-Order shipments are being sent via USPS, USPS Media Mail, UPS, UPS Mail Innovations, or Royal Mail International (for overseas orders).

⚠️ Important Update: Shipments have begun! U.S. orders are currently being fulfilled and shipped in batches.
International orders (non-U.S.) will take a little longer — international customers should expect to receive their orders by November 2025.

Tracking: Customers will receive an email with their tracking information once their order has shipped.

Responsibility: JIMMY POINDEXTER is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items once your order has left the warehouse.

Returns/Exchange Info

As of August 25, 2025, once an order has shipped, returns are only eligible for store credit in the form of a JIMMY POINDEXTER e-gift card, which can be used toward any future purchase at shop.jimmypoindexter.com.

If you would like to receive a full refund, your order must be canceled before tracking information is added to the shipment. Refunds are also available if you receive a damaged or incorrect item— we’ll make sure the issue is fully resolved.

Orders postmarked within 7 days of delivery, in new and unworn condition, will be eligible for return for store credit or exchange. Items must have been purchased directly from shop.jimmypoindexter.com.

Exchanges are only permitted for equal value items or variant swaps (such as size or color). We do not accept returns or exchanges on washed, worn, or used items, including jewelry and shoes.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Pre-order collections

  • Boxers and briefs

  • Hats

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless your order arrives damaged or was incorrectly shipped.

As of August 25, 2025, international returns for refunds are no longer accepted, except in cases where an item is damaged or incorrectly shipped. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request an exchange or receive store credit.

If the requested exchange item is out of stock once your return is processed, you will be issued store credit or a refund.

How to Initiate an International Return or Exchange:
